You can schedule audits from your device, with or without a connection to the internet. To conduct audits, you need to download them to your device. Following the completion of the audit, upload the audits into Compliance Checkpoint cloud to share with other users.
If you wish to remove a downloaded audit from the device, without uploading any changes you have made, you can discard it from the device without affecting the audit stored in the Compliance Checkpoint cloud.
You can create audits on your device while connected or disconnected from the internet. To schedule audits offline, you would need to download the entities and questionnaires required for the audit, to your device prior to going offline.
The steps are listed below -
- In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon > Audits .
- Tap the plus icon and select the entity and questionnaire.
- Select the start and end dates and put the status as ‘In Progress’, to schedule an audit.
