Reset a user password

A network connection is required for this function.

  1. In the top left of the screen, tap the Menu icon  > Users  .
  2. Tap on the User you wish to reset the password.
  3. Tap the Reset Password button.
  4. A message will display, confirming that a reset password email has been sent to the user.
  5. Tap OK.


  • Passwords must comply with the complexity requirements listed on the Change password screen.
  • You may not repeat a previous password, until at least two different passwords have been used by you.
